Circuit Breaker – Day 5
A few years ago, I practised keeping a gratitude journal. It was actually a Whatsapp group with two friends. Every day, we would write in the group 3 things that we were grateful for. It helped me through my darkest of days.
Thinking about it today, I would say
1. I’m grateful I can go to work as many others want to go to work but cannot.
2. I’m grateful the work I do lets me get out of the house as many others want to get out but cannot.
3. I’m grateful to have quiet time by myself every day as many others want to have quiet time alone but cannot.
